Shelter and Housing

House of Hope CDC is best known for providing night-to-night shelter through small, community based homes. But we are far more than a small community based shelter. At House of Hope CDC we specialize in providing people with permanent supportive housing – a combination of affordable housing and supportive services such as life skills, case management and counseling to restore for residents the self confidence and control over their lives that may have been lost with years of homelessness. Social services are at the heart of our programs, and we maintain a steadfast focus on the potential inherent in every person.
