YOUR Gifts Are Making A Difference!

Thanks to YOUR Support, House of Hope CDC has worked harder than ever in the first half of 2023 to combat homelessness in Rhode Island. And yet despite the successes that YOU have powered House of Hope to accomplish, the scale of the challenge continues to grow.

According to the Point In Time count released in June, Rhode Island saw 1,810 people experiencing homelessness, an increase of 15% since last year. Unsheltered homelessness has increased 370% since 2019. The count provides a snapshot of those experiencing homelessness in our state, on any given night, both in shelter and unsheltered.
