Working first-hand on the streets, our Outreach Case Workers engage with men and women who are experiencing chronic or long-term homelessness. We believe every person facing homelessness deserves to get back on track. Working with clients directly, we can help find shelter, afford housing, and get access to basic resources.

Our staff works endlessly to make sure every individual gets the best care and representation possible. We want to see all Rhode Islanders thrive from the comfort a home.

Outreach and engagement are supported by two Federal grant programs: Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) and Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH).
